We offer our customers the commonly used sizes in lengths from 3 to 5 m:

• 12,5 x 96 mm - Battens Classic
• 15 x 121 mm - Battens Classic
• 19 x 121 mm - Battens Classic
• 28 x 146 mm - Floor

Quality

We sort the products in quality levels A/B and C according to ČSN EN 13 990 and ČSN EN 49 2110. We have the required certificates for planed products as constructional, non-load-bearing elements – Statement of Conformity Number 09/1999/03, Product Certificate No. C 5-04-0056 and certificate PEFC CFCS 1004:2005.

Description

We offer the planed products which are produced on the planing machine WEINIG-HYDROMAT. The system of production and the technology used guarantee a perfect surface and exact dimensions. The input material is spruce timber. The timber for the production of cladding battens is dried to 12% humidity, and for batten floors to 10% humidity.

Packing

After production the battens and floors are packed into green foil with the LUKAPROFIL logo according to size. Sale is performed from our warehouse. The battenboards and floors are packed in foil:
